NRF 2019: AI and the Real Estate & Store Development Lifecycle
Technological advances are reshaping how consumers behave, including where, when and how they shop, from changes to delivery and ordering/ecommerce technologies, and their resulting impact on real estate (ie. commissary kitchens, stores as distribution points, and the balance of brick & mortar versus eCommerce.)
Leading retailers understand that they must utilize next generation tools to take advantage of this disruption. Store Location Management solutions that leverage technologies like AI are helping firms successfully navigate the convergence of digital and physical retail.
Pranav Tyagi, Tango's President & Chief Executive Officer along with Mark Zygmontowicz, Senior Vice President, Business Development and Sunil Suram, who leads the AI and Machine Learning team at Tango, will be presenting on the topic of Artificial Intelligence and the Real Estate & Store Development Lifecycle at the upcoming NRF Retail's Big Show, on Tuesday, January 15 from 1-1:45pm, Stage 1, EXPO Hall, Level 1.
During this session they will explore how these dynamic forces are influencing market optimization and sales forecasting, construction and value engineering, lease analytics, occupancy costs and asset lifecycle repair/replace analyses, and CAD polylining.
